Returns and refunds

If you are not happy with any product you’ve purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we will give you a full refund.

Before we get to this point, though, we’d love to try and help resolve any issues you’re having with a Kogarashi Coffee product, especially if you need help with your brewing method.

Please contact us at info@tworiverscoffee.co.uk to speak to one of our team about your purchase.

If we reach a point where you would still like a refund, we will credit the required amount back to your original payment source. If this method is unavailable we will need you to send us your name, bank account number and sort code. The refund will be sent by BACS and should arrive in your account within three working days, though processing times may vary depending on your bank.
